Delivery

We offer a flat rate of £5.00 for UK SHIPPING. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service for our postage. Orders are sent every Monday. Shipping times are 2-3 business days, so should be with your by the Thursday after posting, not necessarily 2-3 days after your order.

Exchanges & Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product(s) within 14 days of your order. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged. From the date of contact, you then have an additional 14 days to return your product(s) you wish to be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable and ee cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase.

Please note, for credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the returns period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
